Sales Promotion

Welcome to our sales promotion information page.  Below are the answers to some common questions on our individual agent telemarketing campaigns.  This promotion is available to the first 10 people to sign up before or on Friday.

We are offering a dedicated telemarketer full time for a two week (80-hour) trial for $560, and throwing in an additional 16 hours (two full days) of calling as a bonus.  That’s 96 hours of calling.  You can select your telemarketer and have them do a calling campaign specifically for your business.   • Where are the agents located? Our call center is based in Bacolod, Philippines.  It is a fully managed center utilizing the most up to date technology.  With redundant power and internet connections, highly trained managers and a great talent pool of callers we specialize in lead generation and appointment setting for many small and mid-sized clients on B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • What is the set up process? After putting an agreement in place you will receive an email asking you to send your call list and script and to give a time you will be available for a set up call (11:30am-6pm EST).  On the set up call one of our trainers will walk through your process with you and allow you to screen several available agents that you can select from for your account.  We will work the rest of the day training on your process (un-billed) and can start calling the next business day.  Depending on your availability we typically have a two day turn around to get your account started.
  • Who provides the calling list? You will need to provide us with a calling list for the campaign.  We can recommend list brokers if needed.  A single agent will typically go through about 1000 records (phone numbers) in a week of calling, so for this trial approx 2400 records will be needed.
  • How are the English speaking skills of the callers? English is a National language in the Philippines.  All of our agents have attended college and all classes in high school and up are taught in English.  While there may be a slight accent most Americans have trouble placing it.  We screen heavily on comprehension and conversation-ability, and you can select your caller from a pool of available people.
  • What are the calling hours? We will work around your schedule.  On the set up call let the trainer know what hours you would like your caller to work.  Choose a 9 hour block of time (we have a one hour un-billed lunch break everyday) and 5 days per week.  make sure to specify your time zone.
  • How will you deliver my results? Typically we will email any leads or appointments generated on a campaign.  Unless you have a CRM system in place we usually use Google docs to keep track of data and share results with clients.
  • How do I know my caller is working? Your employee will send you emails at the start and end of their shift.  We can also put any type of tracking metrics in place and even record calls (ask on the set up call for this feature).  Your agent and our training staff are directly available any time during their working shift should you have questions.
