Thanks for choosing Hit Rate Solutions for your call center service needs.  As soon as our billing department processes your request you will receive an email from our accounts team (accounts@hitratesolutions.com) asking you to send your list, script and a time you are available to speak to our trainer and go over the campaign.  On this call we’ll have you screen several available agents and choose the person who will be working on your campaign.  We do the rest of the day un-billed training and can start calling the next day.
