Answering Service Pricing
At Hit Rate Solutions we provide professional answering services for your business. We provide friendly, well trained agents who can take take messages, route calls, or direct prospects and customers to another resource (such as your company website). We have several different billing structures, depending on your specific needs and our plans start as low as $100.
Basic service - 125 minutes in pre paid $100 blocks (at $0.80/minute this is our most popular plan). Account automatically renews when the balance falls below 25 minutes unless canceled in order to prevent down time.
Dedicated agent service - for high volume campaigns. The best choice for large accounts, this can be supplemented with basic service as needed. Agents work on an hourly rate of $7/hr and are available in 8 hour shifts daily.
A-la-cart services – These services can be added to either plan and are deducted as used from pre paid funds.
- Off hours voicemail transfer – $0.50 per recording emailed
- Live transfer of call – $0.50 per transfer
- Weekly reporting – Free
